INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS AT THE 56TH INTERNATIONAL BELGRADE BOOK FAIR

The 56th INTERNATIONAL BELGRADE BOOK FAIR will be held between October 23 and October 30, 2011 at the Belgrade Fair. The following are information on significant terms and conditions for the participants of the Book Fair:

10/14/2011
  • Deadline for submitting stand design for approval: The exhibitors are obliged to build their stands by themselves. Applications (PDF only) are submitted to Belgrade Fair Design Office or via an email at overaprojekta@sajam.rs.
  • Deadline for submitting all subsequent stand furnishing orders (chairs, tables, desks, etc.).
  • Deadline for submitting technical service orders.
10/17/2011
  • Stand set-up – commencement at 8:00.
10/22/2011
  • Deadline for stand set-up – completion by 22:00.
10/23/2011
  • Deadline for stand furnishing – completion by 12:00 (noon).
  • Event opening for visitors at 15:00.
  • Festive event opening at 18:00.
10/30/2011
  • Event closing at 20:00, exhibit removal by 23:00.
10/31/2011
  • Stand dismantling – commencement at 8:00.
11/01/2011
  • Stand dismantling – completion by 20:00.

 

In the stand construction period, October 17–21 and the stand dismantling period, October 31 – November 1, 2011, the opening hours are extended from 8:00 until 20:00 (on October 22, 2011 from 8:00 until 22:00).

Vehicles are prohibited from entering the halls on October 23 and October 30, 2011.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • After the opening hours for visitors, electric power at the stand will be turned off for safety reasons.
  • After the opening hours, exhibition stands must be covered by PVC foil, available at the Hall Supervisor Office.

SPECIAL REMARK: The exhibitors shall fully conform to opening and closing hours, i. e. the exhibition stand will be operational from the opening on October 23 at 12:00 (noon) to the closing day, on October 30, 2011 at 21:00.
